If you are taking a spontaneous getaway, we are not booked, and your visit is
LESS THEN 5 days away from the day you request a reservation, the nightly rate
is decreased from the regular price to $125, Regular Weekly rate is decreased to
$650 - Security Deposit, Cleaning Fee & Lodging Taxes still apply. Extra
$5 per person charges apply over occupancy of 4.

Why do we offer Last Minute Specials all of the time? Well, it is a win-win situation for the Cabin Rental Owners and the Guests! Not only do the owners receive the opportunity to rent the cabin rental on a last minute basis (or otherwise have a empty cabin), and receive 75% of the regular nightly rate (instead of 0$), but our Guests also benefit by receiving a hefty cabin rental discount while planning their last minute getaway. So, not only do the owners receive rental fees to help pay for the cabin mortgage monthly payment, but our Guests are extremely happy because they are receiving a well-deserved discount. Isn't it nice to get a break in the rental fees every now and then?

When you receive the Specials & Discounts, you still receive the same bountiful amenities in our Cabin Rentals of North Georgia. You won't be deprived of anything since you didn't pay the regular rate. We will still treat you like gold. Why? We want you to visit our cabins again when you visit the Blue Ridge Mountains. We want you to stay in our cabin rentals again and again!
