Reservations are NOT accepted via email & your Reservation is NOT confirmed
until we receive the Security Deposit
PROCESS
1st Step:
Review our rental agreement below.
Remember: NO Pets, Smoking allowed only on outside porches (No exceptions), and
you need to be at least 25 years old to rent. No Exceptions. If you are 25 years
old, and you have other guests coming with you in their early 20's and high
teens, please do not rent our cabins. We have very strict rules & regulations,
that most likely, will have have a hard time being abided by.

2nd Step:
Submit your payment for the Security Deposit:
SECURE YOUR CABIN RENTAL
3rd Step:
Once the Security Deposit is received, your personal information will be entered
on the Rental Agreement and it will be emailed or sent to you.
4th Step:
Review Rental Agreement, sign every page, fill out the Occupant Names & Ages,
include a legible copy of your driver's license, and scan & then email to:

5th Step:
Balance is due 30 days before your stay begins.
6th Step:
Once the signed Rental Agreement, Driver's License copy, and balance is
received, you will receive a Welcome Packet approximately 2 weeks before your
stay begins. Included will be: exact cabin directions from your street address,
exact directions to local stores & restaurants, emergency contact telephone
info., other important information and, most importantly, the access information
to get into the cabin. All cabins include a Cabin Information Binder with the
same information and more. You will receive a hospitality phone call in the
early evening of your arrival. Please advise us about any cleaning issues,
supply shortages, and be ready to ask any questions.
Minimum Nightly Stay:
2 night minimum stay during non-holidays
3 night minimum stay during Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day, July 4th, Easter
6 night minimum stay during Spring Break
3 night minimum during all other Holidays
5 night minimum stay during Thanksgiving & Christmas
3 night minimum during New Year's Eve
To Confirm your Reservation: To confirm your reservation, a
$250 Refundable Security Deposit is required. Your Security Deposit converts to
a Damage Deposit upon your arrival and does not go towards any of the rental
fees. Your Deposit is required within 72 hours of reservation request (24 hours
during holidays and the busy seasons).
Payment Balance: The remaining Balance of Rental Fees is due 30
days before your stay begins, Cleaning Fees and Lodging Taxes which is 10% of
total Nightly Rental Fee.

Email Invoicing - If you would like to be invoiced via email (via
Paypal Secure Payment Processor), please call 727-504-7714 or send an email to:
email@cabinsplusmore.com giving your full name, age, # people staying, arrival
and departure dates, telephone number where you can be reached, and email
address.
Cancellation Policy:
• For reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, all of your paid Rental
Fees will be returned minus a $30 administration charge.
• For reservations cancelled 29 to 7 days prior to arrival, all of your paid
Rental Fees will be returned minus $250 of your Security Deposit is forfeited.
• For reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, the guest is
responsible for the amount of the entire stay.

** We will NOT give refunds due to weather conditions, power outages or early
departures **
Changes to your Reservation: Should you need to change your
reservation dates, we can reschedule your reservation with no penalty provided
the change is processed at least 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in date.
(Your security deposit will be held for the future reservation.)
Security Deposit Refund: Security Deposits are refunded 7 days
or less after your departure. After your departure, we will receive the Cleaning
Professional's Guest Check Out Report. Based on what has been noted by our
Cleaning Professional will determine how much of your security deposit is
refunded to you. If our cleaning professional discovers rental agreement
violations, damage, theft, check-in or check-out policies were not followed,
respect was not given to the care of the cabin by you and your party, or
anything was done inappropriately that will cause the owner's to spend money to
repair, fix, clean up, de-stain, etc., these charges will be paid by the
registered guest and the amount will be deducted from your Damage Deposit. Any
damages in excess of the security deposit will be billed to the person booking
the stay. The cabins shall be left in excellent condition, reasonably clean
(extra cleaning beyond the normal will be deducted from the security deposit).
Pictures will be taken accordingly and sent to the owner to be inserted in the
registered guest's file.
Restrictions: You need to be at least 25 years old to rent, be
the person responsible for signing the Rental Agreement & are the sole person
responsibility of the entire payment. You will need to stay at the cabin with
the other guests, during the entire visit.
